How It Works

Phase 1: Initial Booking (Day 1–2)

• Client Actions: Book a one-time session or monthly membership, complete intake form (style goals, sizing, lifestyle, events), and pay.

• Your Actions: Confirm booking, send calendar invite, video call link, and pre-call checklist.

Phase 2: Styling Session (Day 3–7)

• 45–60 minute consultation (virtual)

• Review wardrobe photos or virtual closet tour

• Personalized advice on outfits, colors, and shopping

• Live styling boards, Pinterest or Google Doc recommendations

Phase 3: Post-Session Lookbook (Within 2–3 Days)

• Deliverables:

  • Personalized Style Guide (PDF/Google Doc) with outfit breakdowns, styling tips, and links

  • Optional shopping lists and budget tiers

  • Discount codes or affiliate links, if applicable

Phase 4: Ongoing Support (For Members)

• 1–2 live check-ins per month

• Unlimited style Q&A via email/chat (response in 24–48 hrs)

• Seasonal wardrobe updates, curated shopping guides, and priority booking for events

Phase 5: Renewal or Upsell (Month-End)

• One-time clients: invite to membership with bonus session or discount

• Members: auto-renewal notice, feedback request, and tier customization
